1. Plan your ADU project
Not sure where to start? During your free, one-on-one calls with our ADU experts, we’ll utilize our deep knowledge of ADU zoning, design, and construction to assess project feasibility, provide clear, transparent pricing, and propose an approach that meets your design preferences and budget.
2. Get project financing
We know that loans for ADUs aren’t one-size-fits-all. Our ADU experts will recommend multiple financing options based on your needs. Then, our partner lenders can get you the loan that’s right for your project.
3. Create and permit custom designs
Starting from our library of 50+ ADU models, we’ll tailor a unique and stylish set of designs that maximize available space and fit your budget.
We provide superior coordination and automation of the design process, and we proactively manage the permitting process — so our projects fly through architectural development and permit approval in as little as 4 months.
4. Get contractor bids
Finding quality contractors can be tricky. That’s why we’ve curated a network of dependable, experienced ADU specialist builders. Meet with up to three of our pre-vetted partner contractors and receive detailed, competitive bids within a week. Then, we’ll review your bids and help you choose the right contractor for your project.
5. Start building
Once your project is designed and permitted, it’s time to build! We use our Build Management Tool to track construction progress, keeping everyone coordinated from start to finish.
